All Sales Final — Polo Size Exchanges Only

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Polos may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of pickup, subject to available stock. Polos must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Challenge coins are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges.

To request a size exchange, contact us through the store’s Contact page with your order number or proof of purchase. Exchanges take place at our Kampala pickup location.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us for assistance. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
